1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and me88sg (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the me88sg online gaming platform accessible at https://me88sg.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile applications, or service channels.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with me88sg, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are registering on your own behalf as an individual person and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
5. You do not already hold an active or previously suspended me88sg account.
6. You are not a current or former employee of me88sg or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

me88sg reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Where duplicate accounts are identified, me88sg reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, me88sg will require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). The following documents are accepted:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Malaysian residents, a MyKad (National Identity Card) is the primary accepted document.
• A valid passport for non-Malaysian residents or players without a MyKad.
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) may be requested at the Platform's discretion.
• Proof of payment method may be required to verify the source of funds deposited.

KYC documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and unexpired. me88sg may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. me88sg will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the me88sg Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without express written authorisation from me88sg.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security measures, access controls, or technical systems of the Platform.
• You will not transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from me88sg.
• You accept that all gaming results on the Platform are governed by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics and that outcomes are inherently subject to chance.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

me88sg accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method legally registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned where possible. me88sg does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals must be directed to an account or wallet registered in the Player's own verified name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full.

me88sg aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow: Typically within 3–10 minutes of approval.
• FPX / Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online): Typically 15–60 minutes during business hours.

me88sg reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, pending resolution of an investigation.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, bonus amounts, and transactions are denominated in MYR. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider where applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

me88sg offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. Certain bonuses may require prior KYC completion.
2. Each Player may claim a specific promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these Terms.
3. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires RM2,500 in total eligible bets to be placed before withdrawal.
4. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino may contribute at a reduced rate; certain slot games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
5. me88sg reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
6. Bonuses have an expiry period as stated on the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire at the end of the stated period.
7. me88sg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the me88sg Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on me88sg — including but not limited to EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, AFC Champions League, UFC, and other international fixtures — are governed by rules specific to each sport and bet type. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the decision of me88sg's trading team shall be final, subject to review under the complaints procedure.

Bets on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or voided will be refunded to the Player's account in accordance with standard void-bet rules. Mixed parlay (accumulator) bets with one voided selection will have that selection treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated accordingly.

8.2 Live Casino & Slots

All casino games — including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and RNG slot games — operate under the rules set by the respective game provider. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, me88sg will endeavour to reconstruct the game state and settle the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. me88sg accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the me88sg Platform:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing bets or claiming bonuses.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk hedging strategies across accounts or payment methods designed solely to extract promotional value without genuine gameplay intent.

10 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the me88sg Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, design elements, graphics, text, and game content — are owned by or licensed to me88sg. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to any intellectual property belonging to me88sg beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as set out herein.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, me88sg excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from gambling outcomes, including losses sustained through normal gameplay or due to system errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Termination

me88sg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud;
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated in bad faith by the Player;
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account termination for cause, me88sg reserves the right to retain any remaining account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

15 Amendments to These Terms

me88sg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which me88sg is licensed and incorporated.
